Four New Associates Added to Bridgefarmer & Associates' Team as Firm's Growth Continues

Bridgefarmer & Associates, Inc., a civil engineering firm based in Dallas, is proud to announce it has promoted five engineers to Associate. “During our company’s continued growth, these engineers have helped us build on our reputation of engineering excellence, and have played key roles in many ambitious and groundbreaking projects” said Mansoor Ahsan, P.E., Chief Executive Officer of Bridgefarmer. “We are looking forward to their leadership as it continues to make an impact on the industry.”

 

Shahriar Azad, P.E.

Shahriar Azad is a Project Manager and Design Engineer based in Bridgefarmer’s Dallas office. He has been with the firm for 22 years. His experience includes preparation of construction plans and specifications for large corridors, interchanges, water, street, utility, and drainage improvement projects. Some of his successful projects include the award-winning City of Irving Signature Bridge, the Irving Interchange, and The I-630/I-30 Big Rock Interchange in Little Rock, AR.

Shahriar earned a Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1998. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Texas and Arkansas.

James W. Langston, P.E.

Jim Langston is a Project Manager and Design Engineer based in Bridgefarmer’s Houston office. He has been with the firm for 17 years. His experience includes roadway design, retaining wall design, and constructability. Some of his successful projects include the DFW Connector in Grapevine, Texas, SH 71 in Austin, Texas, and a CMAR for FM 897 over the new Lower Bois d’Arc Creek Reservoir in Fannin County, Texas.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1985 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Texas and Arkansas.

Aaron D. Tainter, P.E., CFM

Aaron Tainter is a Project Manager and Design Engineer based in Bridgefarmer’s Dallas office. He has been with the firm for 12 years. His experience includes roadway/hydraulics, design-build and railroad design. Some of his successful projects include the Irving Interchange in Irving, Texas, the DFW Connector in Grapevine, Texas, and LBJ Express in Dallas.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2005 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Texas and California.

John Nguyen, P.E.

John Nguyen is a Project Manager and Design Engineer based in Bridgefarmer’s Dallas office. He has been with the firm for five years. His experience includes schematic, design, and environmental documentation. Some of his successful projects include the LBJ Express in Dallas, I-35 E Managed Lanes from Dallas to Denton, the Dallas CityMap Study, and

Southern Gateway. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1987 from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Texas, Georgia, and Arkansas.
